Le Palais de l'Europe accueille au rez-de-chaussée une galerie d’art dédiée à la création contemporaine qui propose régulièrement des expositions.
La galerie se situe au cœur du Palais de l'Europe, ancien Kursaal, qui lors de son inauguration en 1909, était le plus grand casino de la Côte d'Azur. Ce dernier a été conçu par l'architecte danois Hans-Georg Tersling. Il a accueilli de 1951 à 1980 les célèbres Biennales de Menton qui, pendant 30 ans, ont proposé une sélection d'artistes prometteurs aux côtés de grands maîtres, Dufy, Matisse, Braque, Picasso, Chagall, Dali, Delvaux, Rouault, Villon...
