Every February, they reveal their specialities, through an “all fish” menu comprising 8 dishes. Hot starters, cold starters, several courses, cheese or dessert, wines, water and coffee, everything is included in their set menus which tantalize the taste buds with ocean flavours. The Kermesse aux Poissons begins with an opening event where fish soup and sardinade are offered to residents.

Tarte cannoise, gravlax made with bonito caught in the Baie de Cannes or Saint-Honorat are now part of the culinary heritage of Cannes’ celebrated cuisine.
