The 62nd jazz festival in Juan-les-Pins will take place from 10 to 21 July 2023 at the Gould Pine Forest, in a magnificent setting a stone’s throw from the beach. Note: The first “Jazz in Juan”, created in tribute to a famous adopted son of Antibes who was none other than Sidney Bechet, was the root of several other festivals that spread across the whole of Europe. Claude Nobs, creator of the great event that is the Montreux Festival, himself said: “If I hadn’t been to Antibes, Montreux wouldn’t exist.” The concept was revolutionary. For the first time, the general public could discover the main players in the great saga that is jazz.

The Crossover represents the meeting of different musical genres. By combining rap, electro, rock, hip-hop and more, this festival offers a rich and varied listening experience for music lovers, no matter their favour style.

Created by the Panda Events association, for more than 10 years the Crossover Festival has been invading unusual and unprecedented locations in the Nice area conurbation (the former abattoirs, the opera, Colline du Château, Villa Arson, the Providence chapel). The festival recently found a new home in the outdoor Théâtre de Verdure. This pastoral and pleasant setting, located beside the sea and surrounded by palm and cypress trees, is reminiscent of the architecture of Ancient Greece.
