Bottin Gourmand. Since the arrival of Thierry Bourdoncle, already owner of numerous brasseries in Paris, at the helm of this institution, the sleeping beauty has woken up.

The new owner, an Aveyron man who is strongly attached to traditional values and authenticity, promised "change but continuity". If the most famous terrace in the world has kept its colours and its regulars, the interior decoration subtly moves between the fin de siècle brasserie spirit and modernity. Wood panelling and old parquet floors, mouldings and beautiful lighting are the perfect accompaniment to a quality menu, served at lunchtime and in the evening. Champagne and cocktails until 1am.
