Open for rent in all periods, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Rentals start on Saturday at 3pm and end on Saturday at 10am. Exceptions to this rule are however possible depending on the rental periods.
Capacity of reception: 4 persons maximum. But the apartment has six beds, including a double bed in the bedroom (140 x 180) and in the living room, a double sofa bed (140 x 180) and two single sofa beds (90 x 180).

Exposure: South-West, the apartment gives only on gardens, the living room and the bedroom communicate with the terrace.
Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is not provided.
Departure cleaning possible in addition.
