Charming restaurant at Biot, whose decor has been superbly redone. The old oven cooks some very nice pizzas.
The chef brought back from his travels some superb recipes, both in terms of their flavors and presentation; for example the salad "Paradise" served in a beautiful half bamboo and beautifully presented that will delight your taste buds. Every day has a different dish at a very good price. They are hearty and cooked with care. Try one day this rabbit whose marinated flesh is tender and tasty, accompanied by a zucchini risotto with truffles. The service is attentive and fast. The detail that will make you come back: it is a quality bread; which is served to you at the table, and that says a lot about the good attentions of the house.
