The Gold Wire Marches are a proposal by Keïko Courdy:
Documentary filmmaker and multimedia artist, convinced of the need today to better watch and listen to the nature around us. She is co-founder with Michelle Pélisse of the association "Les Rencontres du Fil d'or", on themes combining art, science and spirituality. Walking is for her a daily ritual to recharge, a creative act to reconnect with yourself and your environment. She practices meditation since her adolescence, in France and in Asia. She lived for many years in Japan, her second homeland. Biot is the village of his childhood. She would be delighted to share with you this walk and meditation on the hills of her beautiful village, in a totally magical place.
Let yourself be guided in a magical place surrounded by volcanic rocks and prickly pears, to recharge your batteries and connect with the earth and the sky.

The dome of Biot is a small volcano 27 million years old. It is one of the rare wild places on the French Riviera, 3 km from the sea, classified as a Natura 2000 site.
The walk takes around 30 minutes to the summit, at a leisurely pace. On the way, we will discover a stone labyrinth. From there, we will continue in silence to take full advantage of the present moment. At the very top, we will admire the magnificent 360-degree view of the Baie des Anges and the mountains. Then we will do a short guided meditation, an inner journey, closing our eyes. We will listen to the birds, the wind and the rumor of the city in the distance, before going back down. This place has a great earthly force, an ideal place to reconnect with the essentials.

Be careful, the path is very uneven, dotted with holes and volcanic rocks. Take good shoes and some water.
    Allow about 1h30.
