Pedal along the valley, then turn left to begin your ascent to the ridge line where you pick up the "Notre Dame des Maures B51" trail.
Enjoy the scenery around you for about 7km of trail and you finally reach the highest point of the route at 432 m.
Continue for 2km on the trail with a fairly steep slope that leads you to the ruins of Mirabelet (on your right).
Just a little more effort for this last small bump before starting the descent along the Tamary valley that leads you back to the car park.
