Originally from Burgundy, Chef Maxime Leconte first worked in prestigious establishments before choosing the world as his inspiration. Thanks to his many trips around the world, particularly to Asia and South America, he was able to discover and immerse himself in the traditional and authentic techniques of local chefs and forge his culinary identity.
