Pointe du Vaisseau diving spot

Diving site, Falling, dry, Scree in Hyères

  • South-east of Port-Cros island, the “Pointe du Vaisseau” is a dive very similar to the one at the “Gabinière”, like the fauna and flora you will encounter.

  • Unlike the “Gabinière”, there is less current here. The site is exposed to East wind, but sheltered from the Mistral. The mooring is forbidden, but the is a buoys for diving club (Like other site around Port-Cros).

    The groupers are in number. They came near you very easily, used to divers. The corraligene fall is a not to be missed. Banggai cardinalfish and other moray eel are in numbers in this site. The spot allow also to see small-spotted cat-shark, red scorpion fish, moray eel, conger...
