La Muscadine

Master chocolate maker at Sainte Maxime, I created my chocolate factory "La Muscadine" in 1983. Artisan, I make my chocolates in the pure tradition and in the rules of the art.

I take the time to create my chocolates with passion as my clients request. The chocolate interiors are homemade and handcrafted without industrial subcontracting. Quality monitoring and storage is permanent.

The chocolate cover is 100% pure cocoa butter from Ivory Coast. Great wines: Mexico, Ecuador and Vietnam. The aromas are natural and the ingredients of the interiors of superior quality.

My Chocolates are distributed to private individuals on site at Sainte-Maxime in our store adjacent to Les Laboratoires. I also propose a wholesale formula for bakeries, pastries, communities and works councils (consult us for wholesale rates).
