Jack London was a sailor, gold-digger and journalist... before becoming the most illustrious novelist in the United States, publishing around forty works translated around the world: L’ Appel du monde sauvage, Croc-Blanc, Martin Eden, etc. In Le Vagabond des étoiles, he tells the story of a prisoner who, to escape the torture of the straitjacket, knew how to practice a technique of self-hypnosis allowing him to undertake an astral journey. This prisoner really did exist. His name was Ed Morell. In a setting more real than life, Benoit Solès imagines the meeting between the two men…
