The terrace has 4 sunbeds for relaxation and sunbathing and a table and 8 garden chairs for aperitifs and meals or grills. Outdoor sink, very practical in summer.
Garden shed: washing machine and dryer, second fridge/freezer, 2 adult mountain bikes and sand games that you can use, charcoal barbecue, electric barbecue, plancha.
The house is equipped with Wifi that you can use free of charge.
A few meters from this residence, 2 private parking spaces are reserved for this house.
The house is located in La Londe Les Maures (Var), a commune between Hyères and Le Lavandou facing the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.
Its location is ideal: 400 m from the Miramar beach with its fine sand, the forum with restaurants/bars and shops, the marina with daily shuttles to the islands in the summer, the coastal path that runs along the turquoise water creeks (Léoube, Estagnol, Cabasson beaches...) up to the Fort of Brégançon, numerous cycle paths through vineyards and olive groves...
