    Description :
1 - Departure on the green lane at the intersection of the Corniche des Pins. Go west (Lavandou) along the rue Capitaine Ducourneau for 150m and turn right up the rue Adjudant-chef Noël Texier for 210m.
At the intersection, turn left on the dirt track (there are many mailboxes) and go 250m between the villas until the last house on the right.
staying to the left. From the garage, go straight on the small winding path with the round blue markings for 1 500m until the junction of the DFCI/Castel Maou track (several viewpoints on the sea and the islands).
Continue for 50m on this DFCI track to leave it by climbing the slope on the right (blue markings) with direct access into the forest and part of rocky areas for 600m before joining it again.
    - Continue for 1000m on this runway by climbing up to the crossroads of the A32 ridge runway and the LVU 5 fire green tank.
    - From the cistern, follow the dirt track on the right towards the east for 800m. Before the isolated villa at the level of the GR 51 beaconing (red and white), leave the track to take on the left the blue path to arrive, after 300m of ascent, to the
summit of Biscarre (alt 482m) represented by a large rock on this plateau.
2 - Go back down by this same path arriving on the track that you have to cross in front of you by following the GR51 markings as well as the blue markings on 150m under the villa. In spite of the presence of a red cross of the GR51, take on the right the blue markings to reach an important rocky area with a viewpoint.
    - From these rocks, go down slightly on the left on 800m quite steep (caution) before arriving at the 2nd iron EDF pylon. Follow the blue markings and do not take the different paths.
    - At the level of the pylon, leave the track by branching off to the right into the undergrowth path. Go down 700m (several rocky banks) to the intersection of the DFCI A322 runway at La Louve.
3 - Continue downhill for 300m passing in front of the RCL 1 fire tank, then turn right onto a new runway which descends into the Pramousquier valley. Follow it for 1 500m (be careful, the descent becomes steep, muddy and slippery in case of rain) to cross the housing estate "les Mas de Pramousquier".
    - Exit through the small gate on the left and follow the asphalt road for 400m until you reach the finish line after passing in front of the Pramousquier campsite.
