-
Come and discover the remarkable cellars for maturing and vinification of a wine estate rich in history.

One of the largest winegrowing estates in the London region in terms of surface area, with 70 hectares, Château des Bormettes has been a family business since 1929.
Sensitive to the heritage left by the monks of the Chartreuse de la Verne, its owners have chosen to invest in order to maintain this age-old activity and to present a heritage that is gradually being restored.

Sensitive to the heritage left by the monks of the Chartreuse de la Verne, its owners have chosen to invest in order to maintain this age-old activity and to present a heritage that is gradually being restored.
You will visit the wine-making cellar, a testament to the know-how of a whole team, and then the remarkable maturing cellar, a former vaulted oil mill which now houses the top-of-the-range vintages.
A commented tasting is then offered to discover the specificities of the estate and its atypical wines.
