  • The cloister is part of a Catholic ensemble, a beautiful architectural unit, built between the fifth and fourteenth century on the ancient city founded by Julius Caesar in 49 BC.

  • The cathedral Saint-Léonce consists of two contiguous naves. It has stalls and a 15th century altarpiece. The baptistery of the fifth century, with its ancient columns, has kept a vat for baptism by immersion. It is one of the oldest in France. The cloister, on 2 floors has an incredible ceiling in painted wood decorated with a fantastic animal bestiary.
