The traditional butcher's shop Chez Marco has been welcoming you for 30 years in St-Martin Vésubie, at the gateway to the Mercantour Park. -
With 50 years of experience in the business, Marco offers his know-how, proposes quality products and invites you to come and taste his home-made products.
The meat is exclusively of French origin (beef, veal and farmhouse pork depending on slaughter). All the 100% home-made charcuterie and cured meats are made without colouring agents, additives or preservatives, with organic seasoning and natural casings.
