The Château stretches from the North of La Londe to the South.
It starts at the North in the Vallée des Borrels which bring a mineral taste in the wines thanks to the schist rock. Then at the middle in Notre Dame des Maures, shale and clay hill, with an island of limestone soil, which brings an atypical touch to our aging wines. At the South, the Haut and Bas Pansard whose soil produces warm red wines. And at the East, exposed to the North, the whites have a nice freshness.
The main part of the domain is facing due south in front of the Golden Island of Hyères.
Exceptional climatic conditions, a particular terroir, an increasingly sophisticated and modern winemaking offer its rosé and white wines freshness and elegance and its red intensity and generosity.

Full of curiosity, Serge Portal, plays with grape varieties like a child with colors, without a priori.

He introduces us to his "niche" wines such as Grenache gris in acacia barrels, straw wines in white with muscat petit grains and red with grenache, his sparkling wines including grenache gris in ancestral method and very last, MUSCAT'OH, as an aperitif or dessert, sparkling, fresh, slightly sweet (natural grape sugar), and very low in alcohol 8% vol.

The 2018 vintage sees a first jet of wine without sulfite, on a single grape variety, the Carignan.

The estate has been organically grown since 2011 and vinified since 2013.

With the construction of a new cellar, and the arrival of the son Olivier, a new era is announced for this family estate.

    Numerous medals since 1988:
Its wine is quoted in French gastronomic magazines.

    - Revue du Vin de France
    - Guide Hachette
