Bastide Centifolia

Set halfway between the Mediterranean and the Southern Alps, Grasse is a sought-after vacation spot with an exceptionally mild climate. A few kilometers from Cannes, the Film Festival City, the Bastide Centifolia stands in a quiet neighborhood in the hills above a town known worldwide for its fragrances. Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, is where the world’s most popular raw materials are processed, such as the Centifolia rose.


The Bastide Centifolia, in the midst of the scent of roses in the Saint Mathieu district, has two cottages with a 3-epis rating from Gîtes de France: “Le Gîte des Roses de Mai” and “Le Gîte des Roses de Provence”.
• These 80m2 cottages each have:

A large room with living room (LCD TV), dining area and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, exhaust hood, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, cutlery and cooking utensils, etc.), one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), one bedroom with two single beds (80x200), two bathrooms (spa bath and shower, a washing machine and a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom), two toilets and enclosed garage for vehicle.

• School vacation periods: 750€/week
• High season July/August: 850€/week
• May/June/September: 750€/week
• Winter season: January/February/March/April/October/November/December: 650€/week

• Weekend high-season package from 01/04 to 30/09: 300€
• (Friday 6 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.) (excluding July and August)
• Weekend low-season Package 200€
(Friday 6 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.)
• Cleaning fee 50€ (Linen rentals optional [bed linen, table linens, towels]); private swimming pool available in season.
