Louis Dubois is not an ice cream maker like the others. Pastry chef at Ritz Fauchon, pastry chef with Pierre Gagnaire, then chef of his own restaurant in Nice, he now delights us with his creations in his new setting, a patisserie and ice cream shop in the heart of Old Nice. The ice creams are made only with the very best ingredients: vanilla from Tahiti, Michel Cluizel chocolate, hazelnuts from a small producer in Piedmont and fresh local fruit!
